To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased Silky Skin Co's Laser Hair Removal Handset online at www.silkyskin.solutions between 9.00am EST 1 Jan 2020 and 11.59pm AEST on 31 December 2021.
2. On the day your order is delivered, email a customer care representative at sales@SilkySkin.Solutions a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee".
3. Try our Handset for at least 60 Days from date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
4. You must complete at least 6 treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
5. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at sales@silkyskin.solutions with your order number, and we will review your application.
6. All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
7. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps.
8. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
9. Once approved, return the Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative. We will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been received.
10. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.
For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.
